He can score at the hoop and well away from it. He rebounds well for a little guy. He is an adept facilitator. And he works his butt off at both ends of the floor. Pritchard is a gamer, and don't try to tell him otherwise. In a previous article, I c ompared Payton to Gail Goodrich , who - when given more floor time - flourished to the tune of five All-Star nods and one Title . No guarantees, but Pritchard may very well have some "Stumpy" Goodrich in him and star when given the opportunity by the Celtics or a rival team.
