Yuck its the Knicks

How about the other night in Cleveland folks, PP went off for 40 points and JB had a triple double. Cs had built up quite the nice lead yet the game came down to the wire. In today's NBA no lead is ever safe. The way in which PP played was damn near incredible. That young man is capable of doing this on a regular basis. Tonight the Cs welcome the Knicks and their star flopper Brunson. I have no respect for him and can't stand watching him.

Cs are off to a slow start but we get a Queta jam to get the crowd going. What a terrible underwhelming start tonight. They better pick it up because I can't stand the Knicks. The first quarter was a bit of a disaster given how poorly the Celtics played. The Celtics redeemed themselves in the second led by JB playing like the Finals MVP he is. He brought it to the Knicks and they had zero answers. Hugo offered a spark out there and DWhite hit a few shots. Overall they pushed the ball on turnovers and misses. They will need to tighten up on D in the third and hopefully go on a run.

Cs ended the half on a 18 to 6 run and that's what you like to see. The halftime show wasn't bad, I like TMac and Vince on there with Maria Taylor. Cs need to start the third with fire! JB looks primed for another big quarter. He's a man on a mission! This entire Knicks team flops all over the floor. Not to mention they complain on every call. Nice to see PP see a three go down tonight. Hart barely gets touched and fell to the ground like he got shot. Can't stand anything about his game. Queta with an excellent rebound dunk off that miss. Cs D is lacking and Joe calls a timeout. JB is lighting it up here in the third!

DWhite caps off the third with a pretty three! Cs need to lock it down because they are letting this lead disappear. Joe calls a timeout and we need JB and DWhite back in this game. They truly can't blow this one or I'm gonna be sick. Sam for three! Huge make off the timeout and Simons drives and gets fouled. Great response from the Cs after the timeout. If they can sustain this lead and eventually get JB and DWhite back in I like our chances. Brunson is so damn overrated. Jordan Walsh and Josh Minott making huge plays in the fourth.

These refs suck... so many calls going the Knicks way its disgusting. It's the NBAs way of fixing spreads. DWhite with a huge three! Another bogus call in favor of the over-rated Knicks. Brunson carries the ball every time. FLOPPER! Cs just can't win easily can they... Cs with their 12th win while the Knicks only have 13. Celtic Pride!

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
