Do or die part two...

Cs must come out tonight and establish their dominance over the Knicks yet again. It all starts on defense which should lead to good offense. I fully expect the Celtics to tie this series up as we head home for Boston on Wednesday night. Cs open up with the first five points. Great ball movement leads to a DWhite three! JT finds DWhite for another three! Cs offense is starting to hum! Timeout by the Knicks and this lead could grow even more for the Cs. Cs need to continue to dig in on defense.

Cs finish the first with a flurry of threes! That's how you finish a quarter! Now let's see that lead double as we enter the second. Overall you have to be pleased with the Celtics offense there. They moved the ball well and hit their shots. I was extremely impressed with their defense at points. I need that for the rest of the game! It's great seeing JT find his stroke and show some emotion. Give me that fire and win this damn game! Cs do need to clean up the glass better and can't allow them to get second chance points.

Cs have absorbed the Knicks punch here in the second and have responded accordingly! I want more! Keep pushing the lead down their throats! Cs defense has made plays here but they need to do more. I'm so sick of seeing the Knicks players cry after every call. They are bunch of whiny babies. Dirty team on both ends of the floor, it's sickening! Cs have answered the bell whenever the Knicks make a run. Cs need to finish strong as we are under two minutes to go. Brunson flops and gets the call, while JB gets hacked and no call to end the half.

We enter the third and now it's time to land some haymakers. JB drives and scores and we are off! Cs absorb the Knicks tiny run and push the lead up to fourteen. I want it at 25 by the end of the third. Cs defense making big plays when needed. Cs just got screwed by that flagrant foul on JB. These refs and this league are dirty to their core. It makes games unwatchable and it makes you think it's fixed. Cs need to respond here and do what champions do. Cs missing too many shots here in the third.

We enter the fourth as our season is in the balance. Cs have fallen apart and now JT seems to be seriously hurt. I can't even find the words. Goodnight folks.

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
