Celtic Pride in Full Effect

First half was a showcase of two teams who have played a number of games vs each other. Derrick White and Jaylen Brown carried this group offensively. I have always loved Derrick and he was on his game. JB is putting it together on both ends of the floor, thats what you want from your stars. Very Jordan like challenging the opposition on defense. KP still doesn't have what it takes to be out on the floor. His illness has ruined any chance of him being effective. Personally I despise each and every player on the Knicks roster. They are nothing more than babies and dirty players.

This third quarter has shown JB to be an elite defender. He's been hounding Brunson who seems gassed. What an absolute bum Brunson is. Dude never stops crying to the officials. Derrick White has given it everything he has here in the third. That dive into the bench by Brown shows how much heart and love he has for the Celtics. Luke has been a monster on D blocking everything coming his way! Joe himself has shown fire after some garbage calls vs the Cs! Cs have left some points on the board but they have a lead. Now it's time to hold this lead and head back to New York on Friday night.

Al comes in and nails a three! Huge shot and then on the following play Al grabs the offensive board and scores. Al has and will always be so special to me. He was one of the first big name free agents to come here. Jrue gets a wide open three and nails it! Cs have taken the third quarter lead and pushed it to twenty two here early on in the fourth. Brunson falls on his behind and they call a foul?! Come on now... It looks like it's going to be challenged. Cs have done really well using their challenges tonight. It pays to have quality coaches on the bench. Let's see what they call... That's BOGUS! What a crock of crap!

Love seeing PP nailing threes in Brunsons face, he was crying even before it went in. I think Brunson may be a bigger baby than Leflop. Cs continue to punch here in the fourth. They haven't let the lead shrink like in previous games. Key here is not giving the Knicks any life. Get in their heads and let the doubt resonate for Friday's game. What an alley oop to Luke! JB to PP for three! Did Ewing and Frazier leave with their tail between their legs yet?! I still can't believe Flops fouled out. Cs are going to need this kind of fire on Friday night. They will need to absorb the Knicks best punch early on but I expect the Cs to punch right back! A lot of heart tonight, they played with Celtic Pride! Time to steal Friday night and bring this back to Boston!

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
