Close Out Games

Not sure about anyone else but I'm sick and tired of this unskilled Magic team. They do nothing but hack the crap out of our beloved Celtics. I full guarantee that tonight is the end for this Magic team. I expect everyone to be at their best! Let's Get it Cs! Cs are in black... Time to bury the Magic! Round two here we come!

JB opens us up with a deuce! JT finds Al and we are up early. Cs offense is a bit stagnant after the decent start. KP posts up and scores easily. NBA update the Pacers have beaten the Bucks and was this the last time Giannis wears a Bucks uniform. Here is my prediction the Pacers will beat the Cavs in seven. Cs offense needs to get going and Joe sees that. He gets the timeout and let's see how the Celtics respond. Cs aren't very impressive right now.

Cs need to go on a run here... Cs offense is slowly starting to get it going. Nice close to the first, now we go off in the second. Haven't hit one three, Orlando missed their chance. We are shooting sixty percent in the paint early on. This game blows right now,  I expect more from this team. They are underperforming right now. Another timeout by Joe as this game slogs on. I need a Celtics run right now!

Cs are fighting an uphill climb it feels like tonight. JT ties the game! JB scores and the lead is ours! Cs trail at the half, it's only two. Given the fact they haven't hit any threes I like our chances. The second half is ours! It's time to end this freaking series! Cs come out slow again! JB with the drive as Paolo hacks the life out of him. Smart play by JB right there. For the love of basketball I need my Celtics to get going. JT hits a three and now it's time to light it up! JB with the And One on Paolo! Let's Go! We have a challenge yet that was clearly a foul. Paolo deserves a technical foul for his demonstrative behavior.

JB with the finger roll, looking like George Gervin right there. A bogus call against the Celtics right there. JB again! He's cooking folks! Cs just can't string enough baskets in a row here. If they could this lead would be around ten. JT for three! Splash! JT can't be stopped right now. The Cs got the lead to ten now let's go for twenty! Guess what the lead is twenty! JT has been a beast! Al beats the buzzer and the crowd is in a frenzy!

Love seeing Joe wearing his Cross pin on the Celtics shirt! Cs have found their stroke and are on fire! Cs are sticking it to the Magic right now! The Magic have vanished here in the second half! What an answer from the Cs in this second half. I was waiting and they finally delivered. This is what champions are made of. Fighting against adversity in the first half, not giving up and kicking some bleep here in the second half. Good news with the Pistons beating those frauds in New York. I'm hoping for a big Pistons win in game six. They deserve it, especially after getting screwed on Sunday.

Cs are starting to pile it on! See ya later Hackers! This series shows the Celtics can win in multiple ways. We can get physical and score in the paint. When our threes are off we just need to keep fighting as we did tonight! This second half we showed the whole NBA why we are going to repeat!

Celtic Pride! Bleed Green! C US Rise! 19!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S...
