Can the C's find that old Magic

C's must make a statement tonight...

     Jrue with a spectacular pass to KP who scores in the paint. That should be something to take advantage of over the Magic. C's use some excellent ball movement which leads to a DWhite three. Jrue to KP again! It's extremely early but the C's are moving the ball rather well. Everyone seems engaged and are working as one. 

     Not so impressed with the D right now... Although that last set was pretty good. C's need to learn how to rebound the damn ball! Stop giving up freaking offensive rebounds. I want to see effort on D and rebounding the ball. Offense is easier since no NBA team really values Defense. If you put the work in on D everything else falls into place. I respect hearing what Eddie House said about the dog days of the year and I believe it. Yet that doesn't mean I don't want to see the best from this team. We have a chance to do something special. You know what I'm talking about. 

      KP looks locked in tonight after knocking down that three ball! JB just abused De Silva. Hey rook check your lunch money cuz JB just took it. When JB has a full head of steam no one is stopping him. He's just built like a Mack truck and he runs over defenders. Now he takes Carter's lunch money as well. Like lightning he went right by him. JB gonna be even richer after tonight's game. 

     I hope the C's don't let up tonight. I want payback for that crap game in Orlando on December 23. Put some of these guys back in their place. C's force the shot clock violation and I liked that defensive set. Good timeout by Joe off some lazy basketball right there. C's lead after the first.

      C's come into the second with a seven point lead. I would love to see them double it up at the half. PP just cooked Black on that play. With some sneaky sweet moves on that one. C's are getting called for some ticky tack crap right now. NBA refs blow! Easily the worst ref in all of sports.   

     C's are sputtering right now on offense. We need a spark! JT has such sweet moves when it comes to getting to the cup. There's no one on Orlando who can guard him. Tatum just cooked Anthony up in the post. That dude can't guard for anything. No where near what his daddy was as a defender. He's soft as charmin. 

     JT is having himself a damn good quarter here. He's an all around player with elite skills. What about that two hand JAM?!! Boom baby! He's up to twelve points here in this quarter. That's what the greats do, they impact the game. He's not only scoring, but he's grabbing boards and dropping dimes. He's going to become an all time great Celtic. Mark my words...

       C's force the air ball which turns into a shot clock violation. Jrue for three! C's are a run away from blowing the doors off the Magic. JT hits a corner bomb! JB to the cup looking for the And One! Love seeing the Jays play within the flow of the game and making quality plays. C's lead at the half.

      C's played a pretty good half of basketball. Now it's about making it a complete game. There can't be any drop offs in the third or fourth quarters. They need to continue to attack the paint and buckle down on D. With that said the defense has been better tonight.   

      C's are letting the Magic back into the game. Come on now! KP hits the three! We needed that one real bad. JT hits a three too! C's are taking advantage on offense. C's have built up the lead to nineteen! Keep the pedal to the metal! Do not let up and keep the Magic under this spell. Despite an early run by Orlando, the C's jumped all over em here. 

     If the C's can control the rest of this quarter, there might be an ability to sit guys in the fourth. We have a back to back tomorrow vs the Hawks. Who I don't like. C's owe them some payback for an earlier loss in the Garden. Nice to see Queta get some run tonight. That young man has improved so much. 

     C's have about six minutes left to seal this game here in the third. The defense is causing Orlando plenty of issues here. It's amazing what happens when you play D and put in the effort. What a horrendous call on the C's right there. That was no offensive foul! It's BOGUS! PP for Three! That was huge! Pritch has been incredibly good this year. Love that kid! JB hits a three and the lead is twenty one. I'd call this third quarter a success! C's with the lead!

      Orlando has owned the advantage of second chance points tonight. C's have been very aggressive going to the basket tonight. I must say I love this brand of basketball better. Basketball was always meant to be beautiful. Get it inside and score. I hope we see this same effort tomorrow night vs the Hawks. 

      C's have definitely shown they can be better. I think tonight is an improvement but we need to make this winning thing common practice. C's must close this game out the right way. I tell ya I've been very impressed with KP tonight. Both Jays have made their presence felt and the back court duo has played better. C's still own the third best record in the NBA. Take away all the crappy losses and we are probably the best team record wise. 

     C's aggressiveness on both ends tonight were a sight for sore eyes. C's win!
