C's visit Ohio...

C's look to continue their streak as they enter a five game road trip. Tonight we look to see if the C's can continue their ways of playing excellent basketball. It all starts on defense which leads to good offense.

1Q ☘️

This Cavs floor sucks, and so do their ugly uniforms. Now on to basketball, let's Go C's! C's looking fresh in their traditional home uniforms, despite being on the road. JB and JT both nailing threes early on. Early on we have too many misses, but if those shots fall we are gonna win big. These Cavs don't impress at all. They will be one and done in the post season if they are lucky. Any Donovan Mitchell led teams tend to choke in the playoffs. I love how the C's are attacking the Cavs. Their defense sucks! C's should be able to go on a big run here. C's ball movement looks like a well oiled machine! The lead is only eight but I expect it to grow. KP has been solid after missing Sundays game. Cavs can't guard him, or any Celtic for that matter. JT ends the first with a three! C's are up after the first. 🏀

2Q 🍀🍀

C's enter the second with a lead and let's hope they make it grow. C's with the lead in rebounds, let's keep that going. Luke with a big block, showing why he's a valuable piece down low. Kornet with another Block! You have to love Luke's hustle and ability to block shots. He knows where and how to use his size. I'd love to see some Tillman today, we need to use him as a defensive weapon. He has length and size that can cause opponents problems. I'd really like to see him guard Jokic Thursday night. DWhite with a block, he is the best guard at blocking shots this season in the NBA! C's lead after the second. 🏀🏀

3Q ☘️☘️☘️

KP swatting Allen's weak shot out of the gym! Jrue nailing corners so smoothly, just like bread and butter. C's withstand the Cavs run and push right back at em. Not too pleased with the lack of calls for the C's tonight. Jrue Holidays entire games is as smooth as a fine whiskey. It would be nice to see Derrick White get involved on offense. Usually we see him get plenty of looks, but tonight he's been pass first. C's need to man up on D. C's flow has been a little off which has allowed Cle back into the game. DWhite in transition slips, and scores with a chance at an And One! Dudes MONEY! Follows it up with another Blocked Shot! C's lead after the third. 🏀🏀🏀

4Q 🍀🍀🍀🍀

C's are a tad sloppy right now, but if they play this right we are going away with a win. C's are up by twenty! Cavs are making a late charge and cut the lead down. We have a timeout and I hope we get some Derrick White when we come back. The C's should be able to close this one out. With that said how big is Thursday's game? I feel the C's owe Denver payback for beating us at home. Payback is a dish best served cold. Nothing colder than going into Denver and whooping that booty! C's have blown the lead and are only up by three. Lack of D and way too many missed shots have brought us here. Win streak over. 🏀🏀🏀🏀

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
