Lakers Celtics a Rivalry?

Celtics and Lakers have been linked thru out NBA history, it's a Rivalry yet the C's own this one. The amount of total wins the C's have vs the Lakers is a 33 game lead in the regular season and a 12 game lead in the post season. If my math is correct that means we own a 45 game lead. Not to mention we don't count titles owned by other franchises. The Lakers "claim" five owned by Minneapolis which they only started claiming to show they were close to the Celtics. The only reason the Lakers "tied" the C's at 17 is because of that Disney produced bubble farce. Oh and let's not forget these Fakers own the first ever IST title which means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! BEAT LA! BEAT LA! BEAT LA! In my head I hear the voices of past Cs fans in the Garden chanting this...

1Q ☘️

It figures that both Leflop and Mr Glass aren't playing tonight. People payed their hard earned money to watch them flop and complain to the refs. Shame on the league for not making Derrick White an All Star. What will make up for this sports travesty, when DWhite wins a ring this season. Tip off approaches and let's watch these C's light em up by thirty! C's start off the game with some good passing and score first. DWhite parts the seas and scores. These laker uniforms are as ugly as their garbage record. C's should run them off the court tonight. C's look like they are running in molasses. Joe with a well "timed" time out. C's aren't coming with it early on. Just because the Lakers are playing their g league team, doesn't mean you can't go and give your best. So far the C's haven't done that, I expect better play off the time out. They are still not playing the way they should. Time to WAKE UP! Way too many turnovers and I'm gonna puke. What is this disgusting start tonight? These fans who payed to see a good product must be disgusted. C's better wake up tonight, and do the work needed to win. C's trail and it's an epic fail.

2Q 🍀🍀

Where is the energy from this team?! They still trail and I just don't get it... They really didn't come to play tonight. Why are we wasting our time with this garbage product. I will say this Queta is once again making his presence felt. That kid has heart and gives it his all out there. I get the season is long and arduous, but give the fans what they payed for. Play hard on both ends and get it together. Right now I feel like I'm watching a very disinterested team, which could be human nature. Al hits a three and maybe that will get us going. C's will need to make it happen on D if they want a shot to come back. What could have been a good game is shaping up to be a dud. C's have time but they better put in the work

3Q ☘️☘️☘️

For all their third quarter wows, the C's must have a good one here tonight. The C's don't want it tonight. Shame on them for allowing this team to beat them. Just garbage basketball coming out of the Garden tonight. The C's have played as though this game doesn't matter. It just has that feel of a regular season game that ultimately means nothing. It means more to fans than anything else, and maybe gamblers. C's trail still...

4Q 🍀🍀🍀🍀

The game tonight has been garbage from the start. Let's see if that trend continues in the fourth. Lack of effort will be the story of tonight's game. Well my synopsis is the Celtics didn't show up tonight and that's the story...

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
