Indiana yet again...

Ice in his veins Luke Kornet leads the Celtics into Indiana vs the Pacers. No JT tonight as he manages that ankle. KP is available and JB is prime for a big game.

First Quarter 🏀

Celtics ball movement has been very precise so far tonight. JB out here lighting guys up and putting them on posters! If DWhites threes decide to go down Cs can win this one running away. Yet... They aren't falling. I love seeing PP get inside and finding the right guy to score. This kid is extremely smart and knows how to use his body despite how small he is. I think the C's have learned how to tame these high scoring Pacers. I'm very impressed by the C's tonight, the more they move the ball the more I think they are winning this one. If I am a bit distracted it's because Michigan is fighting for the title tonight. I've been waiting for this since 97. C's are staying strong so far tonight. Up by one!

Second Quarter ☘️☘️

PP has been a huge piece to this teams success for a guy with such a small physical stature, his stats and play speak of a larger fella. I'm telling you this kid will make a play to win us a playoff game and or series. Have I told you how much I love Derrick White. Well I freaking love everything about his game! Complete player and definitely one of my favorites! Jrue Holiday is another guy I absolutely love and he's a proven winner! Jrue is so silky smooth out there. C's fans may be upset but I don't miss a certain player who is now in Memphis. I loved him as a C but he hindered this team. JB has been a STUD TONIGHT!

Third Quarter 🏀🏀🏀

JB has played one of his best halves of the season. He's shooting extremely well, and finding his teammates in their spots. The way he's playing tonight it what you expect from a top player in the NBA. He's definitely making up for the C's not having JT tonight. The way Nesmith plays is going to get someone hurt out there. I DON'T mind the aggression but he's reckless. He's trying to prove why he shouldn't have been traded yet he's gonna hurt someone. In all reality PP is better. Sorry to say it but it's the truth. C's need to tighten up on D right now. JB has really impressed me tonight. Actually most of the season he's been really good. A few bumps in the road but overall his best season yet!

Fourth Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

C's trail as we enter the fourth, gotta step up. C's just don't have it tonight. They let you after Haliburton got hurt and it's gonna cost us the win. C's are all tied up with under a minute to play. Joe with the timeout let's see what they do. Refs are going to steal this game for the Pacers... NBA is a damn joke. These last two calls are DISGUSTING. Celtics get screwed out of winning tonight's game.

Congrats to the Michigan Wolverines on winning the National Title! Go BLUE!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
