Celtics Vs the Bucks Part Deux

C's are coming off an epic win vs the Wolves and now here we are in Milwaukee. I tell if this was last year's team we lose last night. This team gives me special vibes.

First Quarter ☘️

C's off to a very slow start, jet lag from flying in after playing last night? While the Bucks didn't play at all, thanks NBA for putting us behind the eight ball. Yet I am not surprised especially with the agenda the NBA has against the C's historically. C's need to exploit the fact that these Bucks don't play defense. Get the ball to whoever is being guarded by Beasley or Dame. Neither of them care for what I love which is defense. The slow start continues as the C's look to get the legs. I still don't get why the NBA did us dirty with the way they set up a back to back for us and not the Bucks. This could end up being a long night if the C's don't hit their stride. The game has the potential of being great. Yet the outcome could be predetermined. OB with the DUNK YOU VERY MUCH! Dumpster fire of a first quarter, C's trail after one.

Second Quarter 🍀🍀

This horrible start has continued into the second quarter. C's are all out of sorts and are running in mud. Not sure what I can say but this game sucks and I don't want to continue watching it. Yet I'm a sucker for the C's and will stick it out! C's need to score a lot of points if they want any shot at a comeback. What the C's need to do is buckle down on D and walk this lead down to about ten by the half. Well that's definitely not happening tonight. This Celtics team is just gassed.

Third Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

The worst game of the season from these Celtics. I'm really not going to lay blame. For the first team all season they layed a dud. Not ideal but it's the NBA and it happens. They better get their butts in gear for Saturday night. Need to grab a win and keep that home court protected.

Fourth Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

I want to share my thoughts about another sports team in town. The Patriots have let go of Bill Belicheck. I want to say it was time, but it's still sad. We have spent 24 years with him as the coach to our football team. Behind his defensive talents we saw the Patriots win six Superbowl titles, and could have been more. As a coach he was second to none, as a GM he messed up a bit too much. I am forever grateful for the memories. Yet one has to ask was it Bill or Brady?? The way Bill has gone south since Brady left kinda shows maybe it was Brady. But... If Bill finds another team and wins than maybe you can say both of them had a huge hand in the success of the Patriots. No matter what with Brady and Bill both gone it's the end of a very special era.

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
