Early In LA...

C's are coming off a nice win vs the Kings. Today they take on the LA Clippers who are playing some very good ball lately. This game will be more entertaining than Mondays game. Expect the refs to favor the fakers and give em the win.

1st Q 🏀

JB opens up with a three! He's the match that lights the fire of this team! James Harden just tripped over his own two feet. Draws a call, he's so overrated. Jrue directing the offense and finds Al for a three! C's looking good early on. It's early on and the C's are three happy. Which means I'm not happy because I don't like the three point shot in today's NBA context. C's force a shot clock violation, I love defense. Jrue nails his first shot, which is... a three. C's are missing way too many shots early on. If these shots start falling we could run away with today's game. JT needs to start pounding the rock inside. C's have slowly built up their lead. Gotta keep pushing and attacking this Clipper team. Joe takes a timeout because of lack of intensity on D. C's lead after one.

2nd Q 🏀🏀

C's could built this lead up, if they attack the rim. They also need to push the pace and run this older, slower team into the ground. Ok Oshae! A three ball for you! You have to make an impact when you enter the game. C's better grab this win today, because Monday the deck is stacked against them. It will 8 on 5 as the refs will be handing out presents for the Fakers. Back the game the C's have built their lead like I expected. Yet they can't let up, let's see this lead grow to twenty! Jayson Tatum is rolling today! Just landed on that hurt ankle though. Can't afford to have him get seriously injured. C's are rolling which is what they should be doing given no Leonard today. C's are not finishing this quarter well. Ends of quarters are huge to winning games. C's lead at the half.

3rd Q 🏀🏀🏀

DWhite opens up the third with a three! How about another? JB has also opened up this third on fire. C's are ROLLING! They need to keep pushing this lead higher and higher! JB lit the match earlier, but right now he's set the game a blaze! C's are killing it right now! Holiday showing off right now! I don't like Scals affinity for Leflop. C's should be able to coast to a victory today. I already said what I expect Monday, but I'd love to see this happen then. C's win in rolling fashion vs the Fakers. C's lead after the third.

4th Q 🏀🏀🏀🏀

C's have some top players still playing. A quiet night from DWhite tonight points wise. He's morphs into whatever this team needs. C's have totally made the Clippers look like an average team. C's have been surging in the right direction after that loss in GS.

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
