Could Marcus Smart be on the move again?

 Marcus Smart-to-the-Bucks? That is a probability put out there by wisportsheroics.com's Paolo Sonco.


"Marcus) Smart would be a massive addition for Milwaukee. He would help fill the defensive void Jrue Holiday left when the Bucks shipped him off to Boston. Few defensive guards in the NBA have the same caliber as Smart.

The big question, however, is whether or not the Bucks have enough assets to make this deal work. If the Grizzlies place him on the trade block (which is a big IF), then surely, they would require a massive haul in exchange for the three-time All-Defense guard."

With the Grizzlies Ja Morant due to return from a massive suspension and Smart due back from an injury, that could present a viable backcourt for Memphis. The Grizzlies could remain pat.

But the prospect of Marcus heading to the Bucks, one of the Celtics major (and strongest) rivals, is a tough proposition to stomach. In the past, I have openly pushed for Boston to keep Smart for his entire career, but something had to change - and Marcus was the victim. But "The Wolverine" heading to  Milwaukee would be horrible for most Celtics fans.

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

  Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson.
