Refs influencing a Sixers win! Or will the C's overcome?!?

1st...

C's start of with an eight to two lead! C's need to play hard core D! Celtics ball movement looks good right now! C's D looks pretty good so far. Tatum is out here performing and proving a point! Expect JT to play a heck of a game tonight, especially with Embid receiving the MVP award. We all know Jordan uses those things as fuel.

Scott Foster scares me as a ref... He was friends with Tim Donaghey. Excellent job by the Wolverine getting the charge! Let's Go! JB goes hard to the hoop and gets to the line! What a crap call.... Embid misses a layup and gets the foul freaking joke! Refs keeping Sixers in the game.

Al Horford for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Yet another garbage call against the C's. Remember the name Scott Foster. RWill with the jam!

2nd...

C's tie it up after the technical by the Sixers. Marcus to the line to tie up the game. I'm telling you the Sixers have the refs in their pocket. Another horrible call as Harden flops... I'm sickened because I know the script.

Tobias Harris is a big baby and just fouled Rob. C's are CRASHING THE GLASS AND WE HAVE A LEAD! I like the defense the C's are playing. But I'm cynical of the refs especially with the Sixers flailing a flopping all over the floor.

DWhite draws the foul on the three! I would really love to C the C's go on a nice run! But the refs may screw us... Nice double team on Embid forces a bad shot. Brogdon gets hacked and no call. DWhite with a sweet jumper! DWhite gets called for a horrible travel. Kudos to Scott Foster.

Al just backed up Flopping Embid and scores. JB with a sweet lefty layup! The way Embid flops on each play is disgusting! Yet the refs fall or allow it all the time! FIXED! ESPN asked how do you guard Embid?! It's tough when he flops and flails every play. Especially when the refs protect him.

Jaylen Marselles Brown off the glass and one! C's are forcing the Sixers into turnovers. C's get called for a crap call and Sixers score. C's with good D and score! Al for THREEEEEEEEE!!! C's by ten but should be up by twenty.

3rd...

Al for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Maxey is a punk. JT challenges Embid! Let's Go! JB challenges Embid for the and one! Maxey is trash! I can't stand this Sixers team. Marcus for three! C's get called for a horrible foul. Refs are a joke!

C's D is factoring into their lead. When they play D they look like a very good team. I just don't care for some of these calls. Especially when the C's put that effort into the game! Defense wins championships! Please finish this game out! C's get screwed on the coaches challenge. Garbage!

NBA games can be very difficult to watch. Especially with suspect refs. jB strong to the hoop! C's defense is starting to get lazy. JB is the man! Not afraid of the giant flopper! These calls for Embid make me want to puke.

MB for threeeeeeeee!!! C's need to go extend this lead!

4th...

It's all about closing out tonights game. I hope the C's can make it happen! Time to buckle down on D! Move the ball on offense and we have a good shot at winning tonight! Need to execute precisely right now! C's need to get to the damn rim!

JT gets inside and scores! DWhite with the floater! Niang is garbage! He travels and scores. Defense! Oh no... Rob has hit the floor and is down. C's need to enforce their will on this quarter! JT gets inside and draws the foul! Keep doing it JT! Unreal garbage call on JB as he doubled Embid.

Great job by Malcolm drawing the foul! Need to hit these free throws. Come on MB! Need some defensive stops! C's get screwed on that JB offensive foul. Here we go refs...

MB for threeeeeeeee!!! Shuts the crowd up! Another terrible call at the C's defend Embid well. Damn joke! Unreal these fickle calls. I'm pretty sure Grant just lost some teeth. Need to lock in on D!

Another horse crap call. The way the NBA babies Embid is gross. Refs are gonna steal this for Philly. Al freaking Horford for THREEEEEEEE!!! Money! Cash it! Tatum coming up big! That's using Embids MVP as motivation to win this game! C's D comes up big!

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride! Banner 18! Home Court back in our favor!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
