Anyone for some smooth Jazz?! C's are in Utah.

 First Quarter Moments

JB opens up the scoring tonight with a three! D White follows it up with a sweet drive! He gets the AND ONE! GWill goes deep and nails a three! So far the offense is relying on the three. Not a surprise at all, given the way they run their offense.

C's need to tighten up on D, that's where you are going to win the game. JB looks great so far! He's been pretty pure from deep lately. Sometimes Grant Williams just ticks me off. Especially when he can't catch a freaking pass! Blake Griffin is Mr HUSTLE this year. Fighting and grinding for extra possessions on the offensive end.

It's so good to have MB back in the line up. He brings a natural calmness when he's on the court. He's an assassin from deep! He's quite simply an all around player. Expect a big game from him tonight. JB grabs the board and gets to the cup! If you blinked you probably missed it given how quick JB is. JB just blew by his defender. Made him look silly! Love it!

Good to see old friend Danny Ainge, he will always have a special place in all Celtics fans hearts! Haus Money for THREEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so glad he found his stroke and confidence! The guy works his rump off! Despite his deficiency on D, he plays hard.

Knights Knotes - overall the Cs played with pace, they should have a bigger lead. JB is on fire lately, love how he's balling! We saw some excellent passing, and a Tikka Muscala three! Personally every time I see Kelly O I want to scream... We should have drafted the Greek! Imagine if we did?! I know I do all the time.

Second Quarter Moments

We need to see JT gets himself going, as long as it's within the flow of the game. He's had slow starts before, so we should expect a bounce back second quarter. He does so much even when he's not scoring. He's a heck of a passer and a damn good rebounder. His defense has grown as well out there.

Luke is getting some early run tonight, he was excellent last night. He did a little bit of everything. I wasn't always on board with him, but he's played very solid this season. He's actually become someone I look forward to seeing out there.

JT got himself a fast break Jam earlier and now he hits a beautiful three from the corner. I wanted to see him get it going and here we go! I wonder how Danny feels watching the Jays play. Given he drafted them and believed they would be very special. He must be like a proud parent!

Sam I am for another beautiful three... He loves those corner shots! JT loves finding him in those corners. Love the trust JT has in him! JT hits his own three and he's scored his 2000th point this season. C's are rocking and running right now up by nineteen. Yet no lead is safe especially with these C's.

Knights Knotes - The Jays have been as advertised! I freaking love the fact I get to watch them regularly. What I don't like is the over doing it with threes. What really frustrates me is how they build leads so easily only to crap them away. What's very evident this season is the C's other guys step up when they are short handed. Next man up!

Third Quarter Moments

Disgusting loss of a large lead yet again... Great teams shouldn't allow lesser teams back into games. I hope the C's play a quality third or we may lose this one. Come out and make a quality run guys. Don't allow this garbage team any more hope.

DWhite tells Horton has a who Tucker to get that shot out of here. Love the way he plays defense! C's are not executing well right now. They need to wake up....

This freaking team sucks at holding leads. These refs suck tonight as well. It feels like they might lose yet again. So many lost games that are going to cost them a top seed in the playoffs. This team is horrid right now. This Jazz team isn't even that good.

Knights Knotes - this team is becoming a major disappointment losing such leads... But after falling behind by 7 they manned up and made a nice come back. Now it's about finishing in the fourth.

Fourth Quarter Moments

MB needs to have a big fourth! He's been great all year, need him more than ever tonight. Malcolm Brogdon is absolute nails! Dropping a sweet jumper off the dribble! That's why I love him! He's a clutch player, who is Dennis Johnson like.

The lead is nice but the game is far from over. Need to close this out the right way! This team can't rebound to save their freaking lives. It's atrocious! We all know Rob is never healthy, yet we didn't bother to get a guy who could rebound?! Rebound the damn ball!

Knights Knotes Grant Williams has been absolutely nails! This team has no balls. They are fake contenders. I no longer have any confidence in this team. Shame on them for being like this. The fact that we are here after yet another double digit loss is disgusting. I've tried to stay confident in this team, but that's over now. They are pretenders and have no true desire to win a title. Unfortunately last year was a great opportunity and they choked it away. The way the Bucks and Sixers are playing we will be lucky to even stay relevant. I'll always have Celtic Pride, but this team just doesn't have it. I hope I'm wrong but I'm not.

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
