A Philly Special as the Celtics welcome the Sixers.

No Rob or Al tonight, who the heck is gonna guard Embid???

1st Quarter ☘️

C's are not giving me any confidence turning the ball over twice. Are we the best team or are we not. Figure it the heck out. Playing with no energy or heart right now.

Blake Griffin hits two threes!!! Back to back! He's the spark to light this fire! DWhite drives and scores! Now we are starting to play Celtics basketball. BLAKE GRIFFIN FOR HIS THIRD THREEEEEE!!!!

JB and JT are no where to be found right now. Hopefully they will start their engines and get going. It's going to take a big game from them given no Rob or Al.

How do you get a five second call off a timeout???? I do not like anything about Embids game, he's a huge whiny baby. Give him a binky!

GWill hits a three, he's been very very quiet lately. Is he worried about getting traded?! Should he be traded?! I'm actually torn on that one. C's can't seem to protect this ball for the life of them. Way too many turnovers! It's nice to GWill have a good start tonight.

The C's defense sucks tonight! Sam I am hits a three, I think that start last game has helped him get that confidence back. We could use a big game from him tonight! MB off the pick and scores, he's automatic! Love seeing JT going into his bag and scoring inside! He crossed up Embid so bad his head was spinning. C's lead by three after the first.

2nd Quarter 🍀🍀

JB needs to shake off the damn rust and get himself going tonight. C's need to actively attack Embid and try to force him to work on D. If they do that he may get tired and get him into foul trouble.

Excellent pass by JB to the Unicorn for the JAM! MB for the step back THREEEEEEEEE!!! Off the Unicorns block, JB gets the double hammer JAM! It only takes one, hopefully JB gets going. What a BLOCK BY DWHITE! Get that weak crap out of my house!

C's need to push the pace! JB needs to stop shooting threes right now. He just doesn't have it. Get inside JB, your quickness is a super power use it! DWhite for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Love him! JT for THREEEEEEEEE!!! C's have built up a decent lead!

BG giving up the body! Let's Go! C's need to finish this quarter strong. NO MERCY! Scal is super annoying tonight, Mike please tell him to not fawn over the other teams guys. That makes my Celtic blood boil! The way the C's are getting inside, while Kornet dives to the hoop is a nice offensive staple.

After giving Embid a T, he then runs over a Celtics defender and gets the call. What are we doing?! Great pass by JT to GW for three! JB heads to the locker room, after getting hit by JT....

What an alley OOP from JT to the UNICORN! I can't stand James Harden, his game infuriates me. The Unicorn just told stuffed Embid on the dunk! Let's Go! C's are only up by a few, it should be more.

3rd Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

JB will not be returning to tonight's game with a facial contusion. Damn it, another player we are down. JT is going to have to carry his team and lead them to victory. MB aka Mr Smooth for three!!!

These refs are starting to annoy the heck out of me. It figures they are giving Harden and Embid free points. It's BOGUS!

BG for Threeeeeeeee!!! That was huge! JT with the two handed JAM! BG FOR ANOTHER THREEEEEEEEE!!! Blake Griffin is having himself a night! As Lionel Richie sang, keep it going ALL NIGHT LONG! I'll tell you something, Blake has been a breath of fresh air tonight! This team and crowd love Blake! So does this writer!

What a block by JT on Harden. Get it the heck out! GW for three off a great pass by MB! Embid falls down on every play like a sack of potatoes. Sam I am for three!!! He's baaaaaacckkkk!

C's need to finish strong, please build on this lead. MB with a sweet runner! Embid just traveled and no call. He gets away with so much. He's the biggest guy on the floor and the refs feel compelled to help him. DWhite for THREEEEEEEEE!!! C's have the lead!

4th Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Need to finish this game strong! Nice to see Pritchard in the game. Sam I am for three!!! He is not only more confident but his form seems spot on. Let's get him the rock for a few more beautiful bombs!

MB just DUNKED! WHAT?!?!?! Mr Smooth still has some HOPS! This game is turning into a total and I mean total team win. Still plenty of time left for the Sixers, but I believe the C's are in a good spot. Just need to keep coming at the Sixers on offense and play some hard nosed D!

DWhite with another INCREDIBLE BLOCK! SAM I AM FOR THREEEEEEEEE! LETS GO! These C's are coming up big despite being short handed! Proud of this team tonight! They do however need to finish this off!

The Unicorn with the big board! Love what he's giving us tonight! MB with the one handed jumper and gets the foul! AND ONE BABY!

Harden travels and no freaking call. Absolute garbage. The UNICORN WITH THE JAM! DWhite for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Dude is coming up HUGE! As I said earlier Love him!

C's have made impactful plays when needed tonight. What a win!

Celtic Pride! Bleed Green! Proud of this win!

Nik Stauskas adds "shooting with size" voiced by Brad Stevens

As a 6'6" shooting guard, 28-year-old Nik Stauskas adds that shooting with size sorely needed by the Boston Celtics. Drafted 8th-overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2014, Stauskas has bounced around to various teams since then. Nik Stauskas' deal with the Boston Celtics includes non-guaranteed salary for the second season in 2022-23, a source tells @celticsblog . — Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) March 4, 2022 Nik has never averaged more than 9.5 points per game in the NBA, but Boston is most likely counting on his production for Grand Rapids in the G League as the incentive to sign him. In 17 games thus far, he has averaged 24.7 PPG, 6.2 RPG, 4.8 APG - while shooting 50% on field goals and 45% on treys. Nik Stauskas is signing a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of @PrioritySports tell ESPN.
