Where there's lightning there's Thunder. The C's enter OKC for a night time duel.

The Celtics will be without Rob the Lob Williams, it seems we are conservative with him this season. Hopefully the next guys up are ready to roll. Hey C's don't play down to the level of your opponent! Push the pace, get to the hoop and D up! Attack the paint!

1st Quarter ☘️

The way Scal kisses the other teams better players behinds is sooooo annoying. Great job by JB going to the home but can't finish it. Love the way he attacks the hoop. JT opens up the scoring by driving down the middle and scoring.

Excellent defense by ageless AL! Al isn't having the same season as he did last year. He is however still doing what's needed when called upon. His three point shot has been hit or miss lately. His defense and rebounding are still relatively elite. I would love to see him post up a bit more, some inside outside offense.

Marcus the Wolverine Smart with the follow up DUNK!

JB is absolutely destroying the Thunder defense. They have no one who can stop him. He owns the paint and rim right now. Keep feeding JB and let him go to work! His office is the PAINT!

You would think after a while Scal would grow on you, but he just continues to irritate me. Treats us fans as if we don't know basketball. His fake energy and excitement is monotone. Will they just give the games to Grande and Max after Mike retires.

C's playing some tough D, forcing the Thunder into a turnover. JB is EN FUEGO, he's on another level right now. He has been in such control lately, making the game look relatively easy.

Marcus attacks the rim and scores with the left. We need to see more of that tonight. Here we go with another beautiful drive by Marcus. The C's D sucks right now! Letting OKC do whatever they want. Unacceptable if you expect to win this game tonight.

Will this team learn to start handling teams that are beneath them? It just doesn't look like it right now. What I don't understand is how they start off so slowly on offense.

MB for threeeeeeeee!!! It was pure as water directly from a spring. Nice set play to get JT the ball. He heads to the line for a couple. Followed by a drop step and spin for the JAM! JT puts the defender in the shake and bake crossover to the hoop!

Celtics trail by one after one. It's 34-33, I hope this is the only quarter we are outscored in.

2nd Quarter 🍀🍀

The three point shot has ruined the game of basketball. You have guys on Oklahoma City who no one knows and they are hitting these threes. It's just annoying to watch.

Great job by JB getting inside and scoring. Down by seven, this isn't what I envisioned seeing tonight. They still have plenty of time to right the ship. The fact they aren't rebounding isn't helping that right now.

What an incredible pass by Marcus to Jaylen! This Celtics D STINKS! This game is slowly getting out of hand. There is no effort on either end.

Kudos to JB going to the hoop and drawing a foul. Off the bad shot we see the Celtics run, DWhite goes off glass and gets the and one. Need a nice run to cut into this lead or it's going to be a long night. The C's haven't been very fun to watch lately.

Last year's Celtics have made their presence felt. By playing like absolute crap. Jeckle and Hyde is back. Celtics trail by way too much.

3rd Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

Where will the fire and effort come from? I hope this team gets off their behinds and learns how to play good basketball for the next few quarters. How about playing some freaking defense?!! How about limiting your careless plays that lead to turnovers. This team was supposed to be on a mission. Well if that mission is losing to crap teams, they are doing it.

Trading baskets with the Thunder isn't going to help. This team plays with no heart or effort. Some how they have forgotten to play the game. This team is not where they should be.

This defense sucks, and the offense is mediocre. This game isn't even worth watching. I'm so tired of watching this team tonight. No effort what so ever! Marcus just got thrown out of the game getting his second technical. Celtics trail again by way too many points.

4th Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Who is this team that we have been watching?! They don't play defense, and clearly are not playing with effort. This just doesn't make much sense to me. Early this season they were a special team. Now they seem to be just another team.

Do they believe they can just roll out of bed and win?! Lately they look like an out of synch bunch of individuals. Looking like the team that last season didn't win many games early on.

I'm by no means waving a white flag on this season. I fully expect they will correct these issues. I personally don't want to think of a season that ends without Banner 18.

Brad needs to truly examine this roster and figure out if there are pieces that we need. Coach Mazzulla needs to learn how to teach and coach these guys. Ime never failed giving them a reality check. On to Thursday against Luka who always is a thorn in the Celtics side.

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride!

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

Nik Stauskas adds "shooting with size" voiced by Brad Stevens

As a 6'6" shooting guard, 28-year-old Nik Stauskas adds that shooting with size sorely needed by the Boston Celtics. Drafted 8th-overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2014, Stauskas has bounced around to various teams since then. Nik Stauskas' deal with the Boston Celtics includes non-guaranteed salary for the second season in 2022-23, a source tells @celticsblog . — Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) March 4, 2022 Nik has never averaged more than 9.5 points per game in the NBA, but Boston is most likely counting on his production for Grand Rapids in the G League as the incentive to sign him. In 17 games thus far, he has averaged 24.7 PPG, 6.2 RPG, 4.8 APG - while shooting 50% on field goals and 45% on treys. Nik Stauskas is signing a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of @PrioritySports tell ESPN.
