What an impressive accomplishment!

In last night's impressive win against a great Pelicans team led by CJ McCollum who was unreal the two Jays did something special. Something that hasn't been done in 33 years! Why is 33 special well duh it's Larry Joe Birds number! Ok back to what went down last night. JT and JB were both able to score 30 plus points while grabbing 10 boards!

Anyone remember the last time that was done by the C's??? It was Reggie Lewis and Kevin McHale! Talk about two special Celtics right there! Kevin McHale was unstoppable, there wasn't a post move he didn't invent! Reggie Lewis was a growing star and his game was becoming one of the best! We all know what happened to Reggie. One of the saddest days of my sports life.

Enjoy these special moments fans, I'm not about stats, I'm about winning. This however is pretty damn special. This will be a game we remember as the Celtics continue towards the number one seed and eventually Banner 18.

In a separate impressive stat......

This is from the other night, now that he's reaching this company in stats all that's left is a title or two or three! I knew this kid was special from the start! Enjoy the ride C's fans, there are way too many negative C's people out there. Sit back and marvel at watching an incredible young man play the beautiful game of basketball.

Currently speaking after last night's game JT has now run off 13 games in a row with 25 plus points. Which also sets him in some great company that include Bird and Hondo! The more we watch this young man, the more stats and Celtics records he will hold. Is his ceiling being a top five Celtic of all time? Top ten?! Like I said earlier all he needs now are rings!

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride! Banner 18!

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team. In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S
