Time for some payback, the Bulls Visit the Celtics.

 1st Quarter ☘️

C's start the game with the double big lineup. The first offensive set was not good at all. JB is off so far tonight, and the Celtics trail early. Al to Rob for the Lob! That could be a huge weapon when this lineup is in. JT scores and JB follows suit!

JT nails his first three!!! Let's get on these Bulls early and blow them off the floor. JT nails his second three!!! Celtics are crashing the glass like a bunch of mad men! I absolutely love the aggressiveness on the boards.

Payton Pritchard gets some early run tonight, I love it! I don't find Zach Lavine very likeable on the floor. JT with the step away, he's cooking early in the kitchen tonight! GWill attacks the rim and gets if off the glass!

JB to the hoop! The C's are storming the paint! This is what basketball is supposed to be! I just hope they continue to attack and not settle for frivolous threes. C's are allowing the Bulls to stay close. GWill goes strong to the cup for the AND ONE!

Celtics lead only by three. 28-25

2nd Quarter 🍀🍀

The Unicorn is in! Luke Kornet has entered the game! The energy is about to shift! How is Drummond able to hook Brown and score?! What a pass by MB to JB for the AND ONE!

Once again the C's are allowing an inferior team to hang around. C's need to get some separation tonight. Scal continues to annoy me with his DeRozan love tonight. I've seen this dude play off his behind every game against the C's. Other times it's like he's not out there against other teams! Remember all those Raptors playoff teams when he choked! I do!

Will the C's wake up please, they trail by one and are giving the Bulls confidence. This team always plays above themselves vs the Celtics. Celtics need to force their will over these last 6 minutes of the quarter and make a run!

JT with some excellent defense, and finds DWhite for two!! JB finds DWhite in transition and he scores again! Defense is leading to offense! What a concept! Timeout Bulls as the C's are up by three.

JT gets hit and heads to the line, he needs to keep using his body as a weapon. The more he gets down low the better opportunity he has to dominate this game. C's get called for a fake foul. NBA refs suck! JT gets to the hoop again and finishes strong!

Al for THREEEEEEEEE!!! He's slowly starting to find his shot.. Al with the steal! Als doing it on both ends tonight! JB to the cup with some nifty handles! Nice run happening for the C's! Al crashes the glass!! He's the everything bagel of these Boston Celtics!

Celtics lead at the half 59-50!

3rd Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

As we head into the third quarter, we need to see the Celtics continue to attack the cup. Sure up their defense and knock the horns off those Bulls early! Come out with a strong third and you can rest guys as we hit the fourth.

If the C's can shut down DeRozan, and force other guys to beat you. That to me will give the C's a good chance of winning. Right now the rest of the Bulls team is shooting decent but nothing to be worried about. DeRozan is the head of the snake so let's cut it off! At least these are my hopes before we start the third.

Look at Tatum body up Lavine and show him who the man is! C's have come out as flat as Rosanne Barr singing the national anthem. What a drive by JT as Rob cuts down the middle gets the pass and scores! Still need to see the Celtics ramp up their energy. Right now the Bulls are dictating how the game is being played.

GWill in the right place at the right time! Scores off the glass! JT with an epic fall away and a chance to grab the AND ONE! Nothing but net on that shot, so smooth! JT for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Making Lavine look silly out there off the dribble! JT for another THREEEEEEEEE!!! The C's lead by 13!

Time to blow the doors off this game! GWill for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Some excellent passing by the C's! JT with the prettiest of passes right there! JTs basketball IQ is very high, he's sees things other players don't. Very Bird like in his own way.

Andre Drummond lumbers on the court like he's walking in cement. Celtics lead after three 84-73. Not a big enough lead!

4th Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Celtics need to come out and clamp down on these Bulls. They need to keep attacking the rim! The lead has been trimmed down to nine.

GWill for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Mr Automatic tonight! Whether he's driving, or shooting he's been good tonight. Defense has been stout, and his passing has been crisp.

RWill makes such a huge difference and impact when he's on the floor. Thank goodness he's back and healthy!

JT reenters the game as the C's offense has become stagnant. Where is the defense?! GWill with a HUGE block on Drummond!

JB goes to the cup with wreckless abandonment! Finds his way there again off the glass! DWhite with a HUGE block! C's are moving the ball with pinpoint accuracy! When it seemed like Chicago was going to come all the way back, the C's answered the call!

Chicago has once again fought their way back into the game only down five. How do you keep allowing this team to get back into the game?! Now it's time to man up! How will the C's respond?! Not very well... As the lead has shrunk to two.

Al Horford with a HUGE THREEEEEEEEE!!!! It's all about shutting them down on defense now! JT hammers home the dunk and the C's are gonna win this game tonight!

Final score 107-99.

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S
