Celtics with absolutely spectacular ball movement! Lead to a GWill Three! GWill for THREEEEEEEEE!!! He's waiting for that new contract! The Celtics bench is dominant right now! I'm so glad to see PP getting some run tonight! GWill has been asserting himself tonight and gets to the rack!

GWILL with a step back three! He's on fire right now! I say that and he misses the three ha! Love seeing DWhite with the angel soft floater! The C's have been on quite an amazing run overall, and that's due too..... NO TURNOVERS!

The good thing about this year's Celtics team is they step up when guys are out. Yes the game is tied, but these Celtics know how to play and win. Marcus drives and gets in the paint and scores. GWill gets inside running the floor and the C's have the lead!

This Raptors team is an absolute under achiever this season....

No Rob either in this third quarter, my guess they being very precautionary. C's aren't getting calls. JB goes to the hoop and no call?! Come on now! He gets mugged by multiple Raptors claws and no call!

Kudos to the C's for fighting out there, minutes 3 huge pieces now. Losing Marcus and Rob now for the second half. The lead is only seven but the C's have a shot!

Excellent D by MB! Love him oh so very much! The dude makes winning plays! Celtics only trail by three. Raptors continue to play above themselves as they extend the lead.

DWhite smooth as butter, gets to the rim for two! Followed up by JB who gets inside and scores! Things are starting to fall apart.

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official.
