North of the Border eh! Celtics travel to Toronto.

 1st Quarter ☘️

No Al tonight, but we do get Blake Griffin in the starting lineup! JB opens up the scoring with a rainbow floater! Blake Griffin is making an impact on both ends of the court. When he's been called upon this year he's played some solid ball. Great signing by the C's.

We have been seeing the C's come back down to earth offensively. The shots haven't been falling as easily over the past few games. The key is they keep fighting and grinding while never giving up.

Lots of subs early given this is the second of a back to back. Hopefully the C's can assert themselves and push the pace. Toronto seems like a team that would like to muck it up.

Great defensive sequence by the C's! Blocking back to back shots. What's that saying DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Haus Money is taking after the Franchise (JT) hitting a nothing but net three! JT and Hauser seem to be finding their shot tonight! After one we see the C's up 27-25.

2nd Quarter 🍀🍀

Haus Money with an up and under! I tell ya his block the other night was SWEEEEEET! He's not just a three point shooter.

Luuuuuuuuuke Kornet with the offensive rebound and JAM! Hes a very heady, fundamentally solid player. Very serviceable third big on this team.

Label Toronto on my list of teams I don't like. It's that stink of Lowry used to play for them. Excellent drive by Marcus, it's good to have him back!

Right now the C's haven't matches the Raptors intensity. What a JAM by JT! Crush that rim young fella! It should have been an and one, but JT doesn't get the benefit of the doubt.

Side note sports fans, Tom Brady still throws a beautiful spiral! Ok back to the C's!

Toronto historically plays above themselves anytime they see the Boston Celtics. As does every other team in the NBA.

Joe gets a T! Saying call it the same way down here! Raptors have received the benefit on multiple calls tonight. C's are not getting any love from the refs. SHOCKER! It's just disgusting when you are not only fighting the Raptors but these refs as well.

BLAKE GRIFFIN WITH THE JAM!!!! Just like Al he's found the fountain of youth here in Beantown! Siakim just traveled and was rewarded with free throws. What is going on!!! Celtics trail 62-56.

3rd Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

C's have come out with a little pep in their step! We need to see the Celtics exert their will on defense this quarter! Just like that we see JB diving on the floor trying to make a steal! Leave it all out there on D!

JT making getting to the rim look as easy as Sunday Morning! That's right it's a Lionel Richie lyric! Thank you DWhite for following up missed shots. We need more of that in today's NBA.

Excellent feed from Marcus to JB for the RIM ROCKING DUNK! This is Celtics basketball! Damn JT hits a step back THREEEEEEEEE!!! The C's D is swarming like bees to honey right now!

Marcus Smart is making some huge shots tonight! What a steal! He's the Wolverine for a reason! A Fierce defender who shows no mercy! This has been one of the better third quarters for this team! Gotta love using the lack of calls as motivation to come out here and take no prisoners!

Marcus Smart with the Tommy point! Giving up his body for the team! He always impacts each game in ways no one else does! Celtics lead after three 91-80.

4th Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

The Green Kornet out here making plays tonight! He seems to be in the right place at the right time.

Great Hustle by DWhite, a guy who I truly love to watch. What a pass by DWhite to Luuuuuuuuuke for the JAM! I keep saying it but cutting in basketball is very underrated. These Celtics do it better than anyone!

Anyone recall when the C's won their 20th game last season?! January 10th....

Downtown Jaylen Brown with an IN YOUR FACE THREEEEEEEEE!!! JB has been playing some of his best basketball lately. JB with the and one! What a play! Drawing the foul off the fake!

Did you see that ball movement right there?! Ending in JT putting that first nail in the coffin! JT for THREEEEEEEEE!!!

There needs to be a concerted effort on D to finish this off. Take your time on offense and get the best shot! Scal continues to be very annoying!

BLAKE GRIFFIN WITH A HUGE FOLLOW AND TIP IN! WHAT A GAME! Celtics win 116- 110.

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride!

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

Nik Stauskas adds "shooting with size" voiced by Brad Stevens

As a 6'6" shooting guard, 28-year-old Nik Stauskas adds that shooting with size sorely needed by the Boston Celtics. Drafted 8th-overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2014, Stauskas has bounced around to various teams since then. Nik Stauskas' deal with the Boston Celtics includes non-guaranteed salary for the second season in 2022-23, a source tells @celticsblog . — Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) March 4, 2022 Nik has never averaged more than 9.5 points per game in the NBA, but Boston is most likely counting on his production for Grand Rapids in the G League as the incentive to sign him. In 17 games thus far, he has averaged 24.7 PPG, 6.2 RPG, 4.8 APG - while shooting 50% on field goals and 45% on treys. Nik Stauskas is signing a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of @PrioritySports tell ESPN. Stauskas had an historic week, scoring 100 points on 57 and 43 point performances in back-to-back games for Grand Rapids. — Adrian Wo
