Here are some Nuggets as the C's welcome the Mile High

 1st Quarter ☘️

JT just made Aaron Gordon look like a JV player. C's are looking to push the pace, as we saw with the Wolverine getting to the rack. If the C's can run, run, run, I don't see Denver staying with them.

JB coming out HOT! Hitting a tough jumper over the Joker. Followed up by a three in KCPs FACE! JB is the spark that lights the fire in most first quarters. JB finds his partner in crime JT for a JAM! KEEP RUNNING! PUSH THAT PACE!

What a pass and cut from the Jays! I think these C's are listening to my plea! Of finding the long last art of cutting in basketball! It's not used enough in today's game. Yet the C's are slowly building their resume in doing it.

My goodness, Downtown Jaylen Brown is EN FUEGO! Everything is falling for him tonight! Save some of this special sauce for the rest of the game JB!

The C's are locked and loaded tonight, firing on all cylinders! Sam I am can not only shoot but he CUTS TO THE HOOP! C's lead after one 33-25.

2nd Quarter 🍀🍀

Kudos to Luke Kornet, earning an extra possession for the C's. A very Rob Williams type play! He follows it up with a jump hook! Then a block, you have to applaud his hustle out there. He may not be athletically gifted, but he puts in the work.

I absolutely love the hustle on the glass by the C's, especially by PP! Talk about a team effort! PP is making the most of his chance tonight. Hitting shots, hustling for rebounds and pick pocketing the Nuggets. He just stole your lunch money! I've been a big PP guy since was drafted and I'm glad he's getting some run tonight.

Hey Coach Mazzulla, PP is showing he deserves minutes. Remember that tonight and tomorrow in Detroit. JT for THREEEEEEEEE! JT is killing the nuggets with his shot and passing! Dudes showing he's got some Larry in him!

How dare Scal compare Jokic to Larry! Not on my watch! Jokic is a special player, but he's not Larry Joe Bird!

The C's are clicking! It seems as though Coach Mazzulla has unlocked this offense to new levels. If the D can shape into form, can you say unbeatable! C's lead 66-57 at the break.

3rd Quarter ☘️☘️☘️

Great D off the jump forcing the Nuggets to a bad shot! PP has come in to join the starters after Marcus gets his fourth foul. JB starting where he left off, excellent jumper! He's looking to continue setting fire to the Nets!

Excellent defense by Al not allowing Aaron Gordon anywhere near the basket. Al is the wise Jedi Master on both ends of the floor. He knows how to position his body on every play. It's like he has a sixth sense for playing this beautiful game.

JT just showed Bubble boy Murray, I've been lifting weights! And the foul! JT does his damage in the hardest conditions. Unlike Murray who's claim to fame is a few good bubble performances.

C's are slowly letting the Nuggets back into this game. Need to get a few stops, only up by two. Nuggets have done all this with the Joker on the bench. C's need to finish this third on a run and reclaim their dominance. Let's give JB some love for his passing tonight! Celtics lead 97-91.

4th Quarter 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Well it's earning your stripes time as we enter the fourth. Hot start for the Cs! They are doing it on both ends! C's are starting to create separation from the Nuggets.

What should we want to see over the rest of the game. Execution, let's see if they can continue to grow when it comes to closing games out. When they can learn the ability of the closeout, game over!

The D has been very active, hands are up contesting and blocking shots. They aren't giving the Nuggets anything easy. The C's are clogging the paint up, not allowing Denver to get what they want.

C's are getting a bit three happy right now, you have the Nuggets on the ropes knock them out and go to the hoop! Just like that JT to the cup for two! GWill has been a sniper from beyond the arc this season. Love the way he's playing this season, I mean he is looking for a new contract.

JB for THREEEEEEEEE!!! Big shot at the right time! Finish Them!!!! The Wolverine backing up Murray for two is an example of Smarts intelligence! Celtics roll to a 131-112 victory!

It feels like Geno time!

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
