Celtics visit Jordans Hornets

   1st Quarter

Gotta love seeing JT getting to the rack with the finger roll! This studs game has grown immensely, passing up outside shots and getting inside! His talents have blossomed into being a damn good passer out of double teams. So far the Hornets are holding their own, they always play the Celtics tough. When they are on, watch out! Great start in the paint for the Celtics, that's the road to victory right there.

Hold onto this point in the season Celtics fans, this has been some exciting and well played basketball! Defensively how can you not be excited to watch this team! Reminder defense wins championships! Offensively the ball movement has become a thing of beauty. These guys believe in one another, come playoff time expect great things!

   2nd Quarter

Let's give the Wolverine a shout-out, tell me he doesn't deserve consideration for DPOY! Marcus just makes all the right plays on D, a lot of times they are game winning plays! He's the quarterback of this team on defense. He may not get the accolades like Gobert or Giannis but he should be in the conversation.

Let's talk MIP, RWill anyone?! His game this season has grown so much! He has a knack of getting the Celtics extra possessions. He's Mr Alley OOP! He passes really well for a big and defensively he can block anything. He's made such a huge jump from last season in his abilities. He should be part of the conversation at the end of the year.

   3rd Quarter

Hornets are keeping this game close right now. Who is going to seize control of the game in Green?! It needs to start with the D! Right now the offense is floundering. Just like that Al nails a three, he seems to come up big when you need a bucket. Al's contributions to this team have been immeasurable!

JB assuming the big dawg role, hitting a three and now getting to the rack for an and one. When JB attacks no one can stop him! He's like a missile hitting it's target. He brings a graceful brute strength anytime he drives! For all those people who wanted to trade him your nuts.

   4th Quarter

There needs to be an alternative broadcast, with no commercials. We should have access to audio of the players and coaches during the game without giving away any secrets! It would be fun to get that all access for a team that we love. Plus then no more terrible commercials to sit through!

How about JT after putting up 54 vs the Nets, goes on the road and lights up the Hornets for 44. Everyone hear the high praise he received from a Mr Michael Jordan?! Talk about high praise from over of the greatest! As I've said before JT deserves MVP considerations, he's better than Luka and Ja IMO, yet they get more national attention. Well come playoffs when JT is leading the Celtics to success people will finally recognize this young stud!

Nik Stauskas adds "shooting with size" voiced by Brad Stevens

As a 6'6" shooting guard, 28-year-old Nik Stauskas adds that shooting with size sorely needed by the Boston Celtics. Drafted 8th-overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2014, Stauskas has bounced around to various teams since then. Nik Stauskas' deal with the Boston Celtics includes non-guaranteed salary for the second season in 2022-23, a source tells @celticsblog . — Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) March 4, 2022 Nik has never averaged more than 9.5 points per game in the NBA, but Boston is most likely counting on his production for Grand Rapids in the G League as the incentive to sign him. In 17 games thus far, he has averaged 24.7 PPG, 6.2 RPG, 4.8 APG - while shooting 50% on field goals and 45% on treys. Nik Stauskas is signing a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics, his agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of @PrioritySports tell ESPN. Stauskas had an historic week, scoring 100 points on 57 and 43 point performances in back-to-back games for Grand Rapids. — Adrian Wo
