The Chicago Bulls have signed shooting guard, Max Strus, to a two-way contract. Strus was originally signed by the Boston Celtics to a 2-way contract this summer and later elevated to a standard contract. He was recently caught up in a numbers game with Boston's surplus of players vying for the final roster slot - and he was waived. The first reaction to Jaylen Brown's 4-year/$115 million contract extension might be that the Celtics paid too much. A closer look reveals it may not be out of line.
