Porzingis vs His Old Team

C's coming off wins vs the Nets and Raptors look to kick the Knicks butts tonight. Personally I can't stand the Knicks, the way they prop up Randle and Brunson annoys the fan in me. I'd love to see an all around game from the fellas tonight. We know this Knock team wants to grind. So let's grind em down to nothing. Defense first which will lead to O.

1st Quarter 🏀

Porzingis is nailing threes which is a huge problem for Mitchell Robinson and the Knicks. JB to Z for the Oop! Expect Z to have a pretty good game tonight especially vs his former team. Randles game and shot are U G L Y! JT looking like a smooth jazz song out there. He gets to the rack with such ease. C's need to push the tempo especially since the Knicks are on a back to back. C's need to hit these Knicks in the face because the game is way too close right now. The Celtics D looks stout as they look to retain the lead. JB drops Vincenzo and hammers it home! The crowd is going bananas! They need to keep attacking the rim! C's lead by one after one...

2nd Quarter 🏀🏀

Tatum gets mauled by the entire Knicks team. Apparently they need four guys guarding him, given how good he is. PPs D has been elite and is giving the Knicks fits. C's need to start hitting their shots. These misses are giving the Knicks life out there. Sam I Am is feeling good tonight from deep! This Knicks team is just an annoying bug that never goes away. C's need to squash this bug into obscurity! Second chance points are killing the C's. C's need to attack and stop shooting threes. Z just put Robinson in the spin cycle! C's need to lock it down these last few minutes. C's close the half with a flurry of pints and excellent defense. C's trail by one...

3rd Quarter 🏀🏀🏀

Great first possession as JB posts up Grimes. Attack this team! Both Jays should be posting up their defenders. C's better wake up in this third, time to wipe the floor with this team. The whistles are starting to favor the Knicks. Excellent D by the C's forcing a shot clock violation! Randle throws his out of control body into Z and gets a call. What an absolute stinking JOKE! THAT WAS A BOGUS CALL! STRAIGHT GARBAGE! Scal annoys me soooooooo much. Brown with the EMPHATIC JAM! C's need to build on this small lead. C's force another shot clock violation I LOVE IT! DEFENSE!!! Another stinking whistle in the Knicks favor. It's GROSSSSSSSSSSSSS! C's are going to need to close this quarter out the right way. I'd love to see the Celtics push the tempo, and get the Knicks away from their slow sloth like pace. C's lead after three.

4th Quarter 🏀🏀🏀🏀

Congrats to Jrue Holiday getting his 15000 point tonight. I love his entire game and he doesn't force it like a certain Celtic used too. Marcus would want to get his shots up, while Jrue isn't like that at all. He just plays within the flow of the game. I love him! JT for three, and a Gorman GOT IT! That was a HUGE shot! I'm sure you have heard this before but I can't stand the Knicks. I wouldn't want anyone on their roster. Tatum just nailed a three over Robinson! Wow! Tatum again this time over Randle! BING BANG BOOM!

Celtic Pride! Bleed Green!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
